Suspending Yangzi, extending Bohai Rim to adjust capacity
Three of the largest container lines announced that they are cutting capacity on two Trans-Pacific Services they are currently operating under vessel sharing agreements.
Maersk-Line, MSC and CMA CGM will merge the Central and Northern China services between Asia and the US West Coast into one service effective September 16.
The Yangzi loop covering Central and South China will be suspended after September 7. 2009
