Please note that the Clean Truck Fee has been delayed again. This is due to the intervention
of the Federal Maritime Commission. At this juncture we anticipate that the "CTF" charge of
$35.00 per 20\' container and $70.00 per 40\' container to go into effect on or around February
2, 2009.
